Human Resources Capstone

This capstone course provides students with the opportunity to integrate and apply their knowledge of Human Resources (HR) through a comprehensive project. Students will define the project scope, conduct in-depth research, and develop a strategic HR solution informed by industry best practices and academic frameworks. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking, advanced research skills, and professional communication, culminating in a final report and formal presentation. Students will engage in real-world problem-solving, demonstrating their ability to analyze complex HR challenges and propose evidence-based recommendations. By the end of the course, students will have a portfolio-ready project showcasing their expertise in HR strategy and decision-making.
