Course description

The purpose of this course is to study the synergy in innovation network teams by introducing various leadership styles and general traits of an innovation leader. Students will learn to carry out sustainable initiatives through collaboration, evaluation, and education. This course also assists in understanding how innovation leaders assess, clarify, and communicate an organization’s culture and values, leading to both small and large-scale innovation success.
