Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Capstone

Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment are fundamental components of business management, not only for the protection of the environment, workers and the public but also for compliance with legislation. However, OHSE is so much more than that. This course will introduce the student to various theories, concepts, and topics that support the argument that effective OHSE management is good for business. It will take the student beyond the idea that safety is all about compliance and workers’ behaviour.
