To demonstrate this dedication, we are proudly providing a one-time scholarship grant to well-deserving applicants who exhibit exceptional academic achievements, leadership qualities and a genuine passion for continuous learning.
The UFred Fall 2025 Scholarship is a non-renewable grant intended to acknowledge the academic and personal accomplishments of students, and offer financial assistance to eligible applicants.
The deadline to submit applications is Nov. 21, 2025.
Students who are in good standing and currently enrolled in Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.5
Volunteerism and civic engagement is considered an asset
One of the four scholarships will be awarded to an applicant who volunteers with or has volunteered with Saint John Ambulance in the past

Two letters of recommendation from professors, employers, or others who can speak to your abilities and potential. Letters of recommendation must be submitted by your referees directly to alumni@ufred.ca.

UFred will accept applications until Nov. 21, 2025. Applications will be reviewed after receiving all required documents and additional documents may be requested by UFred before making a decision.
After the application deadline, an initial screening will assess eligibility and document completeness after which winners will be selected.
Successful scholarship recipients will receive notification of their award in writing by email and applicants who were not selected will also receive notification regarding the outcome of their application.
Four $1,000 scholarships will be awarded on Dec. 15, 2025, to four individuals. All awards will be disbursed as tuition credit to be applied towards the awardee's next course enrolment.
Scholarship recipients must use the amount within the subsequent three terms starting from the date of the scholarship’s award.
Scholarship recipients will be responsible for paying all remaining tuition fees not covered by the award by the specified due dates.
